This morning.. I was greeted by Victor. What a great brand ambassador for Starbucks! Always friendly, customers in front of me being greeted by name and he takes that extra step to make us all feel special!  Thanks for making my visit special!
Staff was humming, cleaning, and serving up hot food and drinks.
Thanks again, I keep coming back for the overall experience!
    Plenty of parking too!

Barista messed up my drink today, which is okay. I understand we are human and make mistakes.

Instead of just giving me the wrong drink, she goes and pours it out and makes me a new one. What a waste of perfectly fine coffee. She rather throw it away than giving it to the customer. That's not good.

It was time for me to break-up with Starbucks, but like any unhealthy (yes, $5 per drink is unhealthy) relationship, it can be hard to do.  I got some tough love from the Manager Malinda when she chose to dump me keys in the trash (even though she knew I was coming back for them) after I had the audacity to take up 2 square inches of her world. After much hagabaloo, I never got my keys back and I don't even really believe that she looked for them in the trash.  I asked for her manager's name and number and she did give it to me. When I didn't get a call back from the manager in a reasonable amount of time,  I contacted Starbucks and asked for the name and number of the district manager's boss. Starbucks doesn't give out that information for "Security Reasons." I guess if you ascend high enough in Starbucks, you become downright afraid of those of us who are stupid enough to pay outrages prices for their mediocre drinks.

Most Starbucks location do have friendly people. And this particular Starbucks does have some kind, helpful souls (although the general milieu is patently ruder than most places). But if a manager thinks it is okay to throw a person's keys into a trashcan, simply because they were there, then I'm not paying this organization my hard earned cash again.

Props to the dark skinned girl for letting me and my girlfriend into the shop  for a quick cup of coffee when they're closing 5 minutes early of 6:30pm on a Sunday.

Was gonna leave a fat tip for being in on such a short notice, but...

Super no go on the two (one dark skinned male and a light skinned female with tattoos) behind the counter yelling that they're closed and refusing to make anything but tea and a frappucino; and saying it with attitude.

Closing earlier than the posted time and giving us the death glare is not customer oriented but in fact disrespectful.

After seeing that, we just said yea, no thanks, bye.

PS: Thanks Mollie Stones for helping us!

I am so consistently disappointed with Starbucks now. This was the latest episode: ordered a drink online. Went and waited... waited. Finally went to check. They did not call my name just put an empty cup. I took the cup, waited in line. Asked for a refund. They couldn't find my exact drink (probably because they didn't have it) and ended up refunding me for 5c less than what I initially tried to purchase.

So I lost money and no drink. And no offer for making me wait for something they didn't even have.

Unfortunately this is a similar experience at many starbucks. Their app does not accurately represent what is in store.
